One of the great things about Digital Eve is our ability to network, through the digest, the website, and the luncheons and events. This page provides information about local career support meetings held by DEVAs in various neighborhoods.

LINKEDIN - DIGITALEVE GROUP

A great tool to support these meetings is our LinkedIn DigitalEve Seattle Group. It allows DEVA group members to create a discussion thread focused on the career support meetings for their neighhborhood - to post dates and locations, comments, tips shared, etc. Other DEVAs can benefit by sharing the info.

Steps to Enter:

You need to be a member of LinkedIn (free) to have access to the group:

• Visit http://www.linkedin.com
• Search Groups: DigitalEve Seattle
• Visit the Settings Tab to adjust your incoming e-mails from the DigitalEve Group as a whole
• If not already a member, "join this group" - you'll get a pending e-mail and an approval when you are added.
• If a current Group member, or after joining, visit the Discussions Tab
• Under the Discussions Tab, look for a neighborbood career support meetings thread, like "West Seattle Job Search Support Meetings".
• Choose to "Follow" the discussion, so that when you are in a hurry, you can just click "My Followed Discussions" to see your Career Support Meeting discussion thread without searching/scrolling.
